Too Much?

in outfits

When I got dressed this morning, my mother said “You’re wearing that to work?” Then, while getting lunch two women stopped me and said I looked like I walked off the cover of a fashion magazine. These are clear signs that I’m probably a tad overdressed for the office. Whoops.

Floral!

I know that every single blogger on earth has these floral pants, but I couldn’t resist the siren call of dirt cheap way to try out the floral pants trend. Color me surprised that they have a flattering fit and look pretty good on.

Holy bomb outfit! I would’ve stopped you to comment too! Well to say hi as well. But love this and it’s an outfit that I would consider a “life suit.” I’m painting all my jewelry lately. I knew I wasn’t the only one. I have so much and I can’t stop. Yours is gorgeous!

LOL ummm guilty as charged. I am wearing those pants in my last post, too. I’m with you! How could I possibly walk away from them at only $15? LOL

and girl, you look like TheBomb.com.  It’s okay to dress up for work…gives you a good excuse to stop by happy hour on the way home. hehe! :)

For $15 I shouldn’t expect much, I guess. Maybe I should carry an extra pair of pants when I wear them? :D

just be careful- my coworker got them and they ripped right down her ass, not on the seam!!

I actually thought that to myself when I saw those at H&M: “Everyone’s going to have those, but I want them.” Hahaha!
You look stunning in this combo; I like it a loh.

My motto is “It’s always better to be overdressed than under-dressed.” Love the outfit!

OMSQUEEEEE!!! I am literally dying over this look – you look AMAZING!! Maybe I haven’t worked in an office in too long, but I don’t think it’s overdressed. But what the heck do I know, I am queen of being perpetually too dressed down or too dressed up. Those pants and shirt are KILLER. Adding to my wishlist, thankyouverymuch.

I don’t think you look overdressed at all! Unless you work in the banking industry or something in which case… you probably just about blew people’s brains out of their ears. They’ve never seen COLOR like this!

And I tried on these pants too–they were super flattering but kind of ill-fitting, and so i passed them up. I still wish I could have gotten my hands on a pair that fit though. There’s no other pair out there that are so cheap!

For some reason this photo isn’t showing up for me here, but I saw it on your flickr and I admire you for having so much fun with your work wardrobe! I need to do the same!

Oh Najeema, too much color is never enough in my opinion…I just love it!  I too bought those H&M floral trousers and love them.  The color of the blouse is lovely on you.
